The Stonecrest Development Authority’s virtual meeting on October 28, 2026, approved the minutes from May 27 and the amended agenda. Members approved renewal of the financial-advisor agreement with Piper Sandler, with the agreement tied to the authority’s fiscal year and automatically renewing annually unless terminated. The authority also discussed a proposed $10,000 sponsorship of Bana’s Neighborhood Dare to Dream Foundation’s youth film festival on November 13, intended to promote Stonecrest as a location for film and entertainment projects. Members had not had time to review the contract, so they deferred a decision to a virtual special call meeting scheduled for November 4 and were asked to send questions by Monday.

The authority discussed a virtual development-authority training scheduled for December 10 at a cost of $279; members were asked to confirm availability, after which staff would seek an invoice and arrange registration. No vote approving the training was recorded. After executive session on real estate, the authority also planned to take up the proposed removal of two parcels from a bond and related documents at the November 4 meeting.
