# City of Culver City - Planning Commission Meeting - 10/28/2026

The City of Culver City Planning Commission held a regular meeting on October 28, 2026. The commission did not hear the merits of the proposed 40-unit housing project at 4076–4080 Lafayette Place (Project P2026-0156). The applicant’s representative said the project seeks site plan review and uses the city’s density-bonus and incentives provisions, as well as a statutory CEQA exemption under AB 130. A density-bonus approval appeal had been filed, and staff and the parties sought to consolidate the required hearings.

On a motion by Chair Carter, seconded by Vice Chair Black, the commission voted 3–0 to continue the item to December 9, 2026, so the site plan review and density-bonus appeal could be heard together. No contracts, purchases, budget allocations, or other procurement actions were discussed.
