# BTSD Regular School Board Meeting 10/27/2026

The Bristol Township School District regular school board meeting was held October 27, 2026. The board selected Amy Colman as superintendent effective January 1, 2027, approving a 3.5-year contract with an annual salary of $206,000; the roll-call vote was 8–1. The board also authorized Remington Vernick Engineers, by a 9–0 vote, to conduct a structural analysis of Harry S. Truman High School to assess solar-facility installation in connection with state and federal grant deadlines. The finance committee had reviewed the Solar for Schools grant, Armstrong Phase Two, and a van replacement purchase for student trips, but the transcript does not establish that those items were approved at this meeting.

Operations reported $12,708 in September vehicle repairs, including an engine replacement, and $3,370 in kitchen-equipment repairs. The district said Modine would replace 141 fan motors at four schools at no cost, and reported a $12,200 PECO rebate, bringing PECO rebates over 2.5 years to $129,739. The board approved September payroll of $5,089,768.17, a $13,359.96 refund payment to ADR Investments LLC pursuant to court order, and an addendum to pre-K agreements following an increase in state funding. It also approved the monthly bills and other agenda items; no cost was stated for the Remington Vernick analysis.
