# USCYBERCOM Awards Leidos $99M Cyber Platform OTA

On October 28, 2026, U.S. Cyber Command awarded Leidos a **$99 million Other Transaction Authority prototype agreement** to continue developing a unified cyber mission-planning platform. The work transitions development previously conducted under DARPA and combines planning, coordination, execution, and assessment in a modular system designed to integrate government and third-party tools. Leidos says the platform has shortened planning cycles to under 24 hours in some cases; the signals identify no open solicitation or procurement contact.

- The award extends Leidos’ USCYBERCOM cyber work, while the platform’s modular design may be relevant to firms offering cyber mission systems, integration, or sustainment capabilities.
- The transition from DARPA-supported development to a USCYBERCOM prototype agreement is a concrete indicator of continued government investment in operational cyber mission-planning tools.
- Companies should not treat this announcement as an open bid opportunity; the signals provide no solicitation, submission instructions, or contact. Suppliers can use the stated integration and workflow needs to assess potential roles in future related work.
