# Auria Expands Reston Mission Integration Center

Auria announced on October 27, 2026, that it will invest $1.8 million in an East Coast headquarters and mission integration center in Reston, Virginia, creating 78 jobs. The 18,501-square-foot facility is expected to open by mid-2027, with hiring already underway, and is intended to expand Auria’s space systems engineering, infrastructure, product development, and mission-integration capacity near government and commercial customers. Virginia is supporting the project with recruiting and training assistance. This is a corporate expansion—not a contract award or solicitation—so it signals additional regional industry capacity rather than a currently open procurement opportunity.

- Defense and space contractors can evaluate Auria’s expanded Reston presence for potential teaming, recruiting, and supplier relationships in mission integration and related national-security work; the announcements identify no specific solicitation or contract.
- Companies supporting Auria’s space systems engineering, satellite communications, missile defense, and cybersecurity work may find the expansion relevant to their Northern Virginia market planning.
- With hiring underway and the center expected to open by mid-2027, workforce and teaming discussions can begin ahead of the facility’s planned launch.
