# October 26, 2026 City Council Meeting

At the October 26, 2026 Roseville City Council meeting, the council unanimously authorized the city to receive the final plans and solicit bids for the Maintenance and Operations Center (MOC) project. The current estimated total is approximately $62.1 million, about $2 million below the $64.2 million in available revenue; the estimate includes $6.4 million in soft costs and a $300,000 allowance for remaining design refinements. The project includes north and south operations facilities and restoration of Veterans Park. Bids were expected in late November, with a guaranteed maximum price and potential contract award to return to the council in December. Construction is tentatively scheduled to begin in summer 2027, with the north facility expected to finish in summer 2028, followed by south-facility work. The bid package includes a green-roof alternate, with a decision on any added scope to follow bid results.

The council also unanimously approved the consent agenda, including $3,533,980.31 in payments; police department replacement vehicles, training, and service and equipment purchases; acceptance of a $30,900 Minnesota grant for traffic enforcement; and extensions through the end of 2028 of Ramsey County dispatch and public-safety radio agreements while updated agreements are prepared. Separately, the council unanimously granted an appeal of an administrative massage-establishment license denial but did not approve the license. It also unanimously approved a requested easement vacation. No contract award was made at this meeting.
