ODNI’s Office of Economic Security and Emerging Technologies (OESET) issued the FLOW market survey/RFI to assess industry capabilities for an economic and financial data platform supporting economic-security, financial-intelligence, sanctions, supply-chain, foreign-investment, and related analysis across the Intelligence Community and selected other agencies. Responses, including the capability matrix and a submission of no more than 15 pages, are due by 5:00 p.m. Eastern on November 16, 2026 (**17 days from October 30**).
