# C3EL Secures Federal Technology Awards

C3EL closed FY2026 with prime awards spanning Air Force cybersecurity, Coast Guard video-conferencing support, FCC audiovisual and video-teleconference modernization, and DOI audiovisual modernization. The awards include a five-year Coast Guard BPA estimated at **$8.39 million**, an FCC upgrade award valued at **$2.29 million**, and a five-year DOI BPA estimated at **$1.4 million**; C3EL also reported awards on NASA SEWP VI and MDA SHIELD. Its Final CMMC Level 2 certification strengthens its eligibility and positioning for work involving controlled information and defense supply-chain requirements.

- The awards show demand across defense and civilian agencies for cybersecurity and audiovisual/video-conferencing services, with multiple procurement pathways represented, including BPAs and established contract vehicles.
- Companies competing in these markets can use the Coast Guard, FCC, and DOI awards as concrete indicators of agency demand and contract scale; C3EL is the named prime contractor on the reported awards.
- C3EL’s CMMC Level 2 certification is relevant to firms pursuing defense work involving controlled information. Contractors should assess their own certification status against the requirements of the opportunities they pursue.
