# Design Review Board - 10/22/26

The MyGlendale Design Review Board met on October 22, 2026. The board approved the design review for a proposed 1,200-square-foot, single-story residence at 1335 Norton Avenue, replacing a home destroyed by fire. The approval was unanimous, subject to conditions including a six-foot north-side setback, clarified landscaping plans, a walkway reduced to five feet, and revisions to the front eave and columns.
