# Planning Commission Meeting 10/21/2026

The City of South Fulton Planning Commission met on October 21, 2026. Commissioners approved the September 16 minutes with corrections and unanimously approved the agenda. The commission unanimously deferred case Z26-021, concerning 5817 Old National Highway, to the November 18 meeting at staff’s request; the application had also been deferred previously.

The commission also unanimously deferred a group of applications for a proposed gas station on a parcel along Derek Road—Z26-025, U26-010, CV26-004, and CDP26-004—to November 18, 2026. Staff cited a planned site-plan amendment and possible expansion of the area used for the project. The meeting addressed land-use applications and scheduling only; no procurement activity, contracts, or spending decisions were identified.
