# Plan Commission 3/3/2025

The City of Eau Claire Plan Commission met on March 3, 2025. The commission unanimously approved the consent agenda, which included the prior meeting minutes and the Wild Turkey Ridge final plat in the Town of Pleasant Valley. It also approved a site plan for a Take 5 oil-change business at 3704 Gateway Drive, at the former Holiday station site. The approval limited the project to 16 parking stalls and called for an attempt to align pedestrian crossings, subject to staff confirming feasibility and ADA compliance. Commissioners discussed a shared parking arrangement with the neighboring Seven Brew site, pedestrian and bicycle access, and traffic congestion along Gateway Drive; staff noted a corridor traffic study is underway. Staff presented the 2024 development report, describing housing construction and valuation trends and continued growth in multifamily and two-family development. The report was informational, with no spending action or procurement decision.
