# Show Low City Planning and Zoning Meeting for 10-13-26

The City of Show Low Planning and Zoning Commission met on October 13, 2026, and took up four land-use applications. It unanimously recommended that City Council approve Paradise Acres LLC’s zone-change request to raise the apartment-unit cap from 58 to 66 at 70760 North 4th Avenue; the other conditions of the existing zoning ordinance would remain in place. The request is scheduled for a City Council public hearing on October 28. The commission also unanimously approved, subject to staff conditions, W.W. Clyde’s conditional use permit for continued rock and related-material processing with an updated grading plan, adding a condition addressing the proposed 80-foot public right-of-way, and Jarmco Concrete’s permit for intermittent concrete crushing and reuse of processed material at its existing facility.

The commission unanimously approved a conditional use permit for Douglas Williams to convert an existing detached garage into a guest house, subject to building, fire, and zoning requirements. No contracts, vendor selections, bids, spending approvals, or other procurement activity were identified; the agenda concerned private land-use and operating permits.
