# Planning Commission 10/13/26 at 5:30 p.m.

The City of Minot Planning Commission met on October 13, 2026. It unanimously approved the recommendations from its August 11 meeting. The commission also recommended that City Council approve the Pheasant Run Fourth Edition preliminary plat, which would incorporate privately owned land into adjacent lots while retaining drainage easements. No public spending, contracts, vendor selections, or procurement activity were identified.

The commission approved a conditional use permit for an enclosed warehouse proposed for an HVAC company in a C2 district, subject to staff’s standard conditions for future development, including stormwater planning, sewer connection fees, site-plan review, and driveway approval. It also recommended that City Council approve the Beaver Creek Estates Fifth Edition preliminary plat, dividing the property into two lots and vacating part of Beaver Creek Court Southwest. These were land-use decisions concerning private development, not public procurement.
