Brevard County Planning & Zoning Board/Local Planning Agency advisory meeting, October 12, 2026. The board unanimously recommended approval of H1, a zoning change from RU-1-13 to AU with a binding development plan limiting the property to two living units, to allow the owners to divide a 12-acre parcel. After debate, the board considered a motion to recommend denial, followed by a motion to recommend a 50-foot buffer with county-required landscaping and a 12-foot masonry wall; the latter passed with one opposing vote.
