Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners comprehensive plan amendment public hearing, October 8, 2026. The board approved, 5–0, a Residential 20-to-Residential 35 amendment for the Villas at Unison senior living site, then approved the related PD rezoning, 5–0, allowing a development option with a 260-bed assisted-living facility and up to 483 multifamily units. These were land-use decisions rather than procurement actions.
