# 04 Special Board of Education Meeting

At the October 6, 2026 special meeting, the Board of Education approved Phase Two awards for the 2025 capital improvement project to the lowest bidders meeting specifications. The awards were Contract 08, general construction, to Bunkoff General Contractors for $17,920,000; Contract 09, electrical construction, to Flex Electrical LLC for $5,985,000; Contract 10, mechanical construction, to Family Dans Mechanical LLC for $6,560,000; and Contract 11, plumbing construction, to Disargie Mechanical Incorporated for $1,378,000. The motion passed unanimously, 5–0.
