# DoD Awards archTIS NC Protect Contract

The U.S. Department of Defense has funded a second A$315,000 fixed-price development contract for archTIS’s NC Protect platform, delivered through Copper River Technologies. Work is beginning immediately and will enhance Azure-scale performance, policy administration, and reporting, with revenue recognized as work is delivered in FY27. Separately, discussions continue on a proposed enterprise licence for classified and unclassified DoD Microsoft 365 environments, potentially covering up to 325,000 users and indicatively valued at A$7.5 million–A$15 million annually. The licence remains unsigned as of October 5, 2026, with execution expected in October–December 2026 subject to finalizing delivery arrangements.

- The funded development work is a current, defined procurement award; suppliers should distinguish it from the larger enterprise licence, which is still a prospective opportunity rather than a committed purchase.
- The development scope targets enterprise-scale Azure and Microsoft 365 use, including performance, policy administration, and reporting—areas relevant to contractors supporting secure cloud deployments and data controls.
- The proposed licence depends on delivery arrangements between Copper River Technologies and the DoD deployment integrator. Companies involved in those arrangements can assess their role against the potential deployment scope and user scale.
