# Oklahoma City Board of Adjustment - October 1, 2026

The Oklahoma City Board of Adjustment met October 1, 2026. The board approved the September 17 meeting minutes and granted two variance requests: Case 16373 for additional screening height for mechanical equipment and generators at 14401 North Portland, and Case 16343 allowing a 2.7-acre lot rather than the five-acre minimum at 8801 Southwest 119th Street. Case 16357 was withdrawn by the applicant because of HOA restrictions. No procurement, contract awards, or spending decisions were identified.

The board also approved multiple home-sharing special exceptions, generally with conditions on quiet hours, guest and vehicle limits, no on-street parking, and one- or three-year terms. Case 16369 was continued to November 5 so the applicant could provide proof of property management; the representative was told not to accept bookings before the matter is resolved. Case 16116 was approved for a one-year term with a six-guest limit, three-car maximum, and no on-street parking. These were land-use and operating-condition decisions, not procurement actions.
