# Commerce OIG Awards Telos Xacta Contract

The U.S. Department of Commerce Office of Inspector General awarded Telos Corporation a 12-month contract to deploy and support its FedRAMP High-authorized Xacta SaaS platform for cyber governance, risk, and compliance. The work includes implementation, integration, configuration, and staff training to support FISMA compliance and NIST Risk Management Framework activities, including continuous monitoring and AI-assisted compliance capabilities. The contract value and solicitation number were not disclosed, so this award is a market-demand signal rather than an open bid opportunity.

- The award covers Xacta 360, Xacta.io, and Xacta.ai, indicating demand for integrated compliance tools and related deployment and training services.
- Federal contractors can use the procurement as an indicator of agency interest in FedRAMP High-authorized platforms that support FISMA and NIST risk-management workflows.
- The October 29, 2026 FedCiv Summit includes zero trust, cloud, and federal IT modernization on its agenda; it may offer a timely venue for firms serving these markets.
