# Anthropic Launches Claude for Government

Anthropic made Claude for Government generally available to eligible U.S. federal and state agencies on September 30, 2026, in a FedRAMP High-authorized environment. Agencies can procure the service directly from Anthropic, through Carahsoft, or through GSA’s OneGov channel.
