# Aeon Demonstrates Fort Carson Drone Warhead Package

Aeon Industrial and Mountain Horse Solutions flew their warhead-and-fuze package together on multiple drones during the Drone Dominance Gauntlet at Fort Carson, demonstrating an integrated lethality option for U.S. drone manufacturers. Aeon says its MERC fuze is NDAA-compliant, in volume production, and has delivered more than 10,000 units to U.S. programs. The announcement disclosed no contract award, solicitation, or package value.

- The demonstration gives drone manufacturers and acquisition teams a flown-together warhead and fuze package to assess against platform and program needs; the reported demonstration does not itself establish government selection or qualification.
- Aeon describes MERC as available now and produced at volume, while Mountain Horse says the combined package is ready to support large production programs. Procurement teams can use these vendor claims as leads for supplier discussions and technical evaluation.
- No solicitation, award, contract value, or procurement deadline was announced, so the signal indicates product availability rather than a specific open contracting opportunity.
