# OSEA-CSD Bargaining 5

This was an OSEA-CSD bargaining meeting held September 15, 2026. The parties discussed proposed collective-bargaining agreement language, including employee placement, transportation route assignments and driving seniority, sick-leave-bank limits and access, discipline and grievance timelines, and procedures for reductions in force.
