# OSEA Bargaining 1

Info Central labor bargaining meeting, September 15, 2026. The parties reviewed the union’s initial proposals for a one-year agreement, including changes to union rights, training access, breaks and lunch periods, vacancies and transfers, seniority, layoffs and recalls, vacation and holidays, leaves, sick leave bank procedures, committee compensation, and emergency closures.
