# Army Awards GDIT $510M C5ISR-M Support Order

In July 2026, the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) awarded General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) a **$510 million** task order for worldwide logistics, sustainment, maintenance, and field support of Army C5ISR-M systems. The five-year structure includes a one-year base period and four option years, with work spanning 190 locations. No open solicitation is identified, but the award establishes a substantial field-support workload and may inform subcontracting, supply-chain, and future recompete planning.

- The work supports Army command, control, communications, IT, cyber, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and medical systems; contractors with relevant sustainment or field-support capabilities may assess potential subcontracting and supply-chain roles.
- Companies can use the one-year base period and four option years as context for planning around performance needs and potential future recompete opportunities; the signals do not identify an active competition.
