# ICE Seeks AI Strategy Support

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), through its Office of the Chief Information Officer, is conducting market research for contractor support of its enterprise AI, data, and technology strategy. The RFI covers operations and maintenance of ICE’s production environment and STELLA AI platform, platform enhancements, and potential development of a secure agentic software factory. Responses are due **October 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern**—15 days from October 1—and ICE is seeking input on acquisition strategy, pricing, multi-cloud and AI-platform sustainment, and AI governance and risk management. DHS and ICE leaders are also scheduled to discuss emerging technology strategies at the 2026 Homeland Security Summit on November 10.
