Washington County is seeking a provider to help eligible residents in substance use disorder recovery access and maintain housing.

### Description

Washington County Health and Human Services, Behavioral Health Division, Addictions Program seeks a qualified provider to deliver substance use disorder housing rental assistance to eligible Washington County residents in outpatient or intensive outpatient treatment, or recently completing residential treatment. Assistance may cover rent, utilities, and other expenses that remove barriers to community-based care, including moving costs, household goods, and interpreter services. Providers must also offer housing coordination and meet specified eligibility verification, reporting, data-submission, quality assurance, and compliance requirements. The service period is July 1, 2027 through June 30, 2032; funding is subject to availability and contract amounts are not guaranteed to be equal among contractors.
