The consultant will not supply, fabricate, install, modify, or replace isolation devices; services will be requested as needed for Water Treatment facilities. Respondents must have qualified through the City's Prequalification for Engineering and Architectural Consultants RFPQ 06-006 in at least one of the listed disciplines.
