The FAA is considering releasing airport land for continued commercial-industrial use and sale.

### Description

The FAA is considering changing approximately 4.99 acres at Watertown Regional Airport from aeronautical to non-aeronautical use and authorizing the sale of the property. The property consists of Lot 4 (2.0 acres) and Dakota Tube (2.99 acres), located north of the airport along the east side of Airport Drive. Both parcels are currently used for industrial purposes and are expected to continue in that use. The airport sponsor will receive fair market value, and comments are due December 7, 2026.
