### Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that N-Cyclohexylbenzothiazole-2-Sulfenamide (CBS) from China is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value. The investigation covers the period October 1, 2025, through March 31, 2026, and Commerce also preliminarily determines that critical circumstances exist for imports from the China-wide entity. Interested parties are invited to submit comments on the preliminary determination; the notice provides deadlines for case briefs and rebuttal briefs. The notice describes the product scope and the preliminary dumping margin and cash deposit rate.
