### Description

<p>The Space Development Agency (SDA) intends to issue a sole-source, firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract to Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) by January 2027.&nbsp; This award will enable HII to continue its highly specialized and unique combination of technical expertise, continuous process experience, and proprietary institutional knowledge of SDA constellation systems, space-vehicle architectures, and partner agency systems.</p>

<p>This award will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 3204 (a)(1).</p>
