An accepted signed NDA is required to access technical documents.

### Description

The City of Eastvale is seeking consulting services to develop a comprehensive Facilities Maintenance Program for its new Civic Center and other City-owned facilities identified in Exhibit I. Phase 1 covers the identified facilities and is the only phase for which a proposal is currently requested; possible Phase 2 work for future facilities would be separately scoped and approved. The program is intended to include asset registries, preventive maintenance schedules, and standard operating procedures to support facility operations and future maintenance procurements. Proposers must also provide a proposed scope, schedule, staffing, and fee for an optional one-year owner’s representative task, which requires separate written City authorization.
