BLM is seeking capable sources for maintenance and technical support of its existing SaniStar Remote Off-Grid Kiosk systems.
- **Agency and approach:** The Department of the Interior’s Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Division of Recreation and Visitor Services, plans a single-supplier Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with SaniStar LLC.
- **Services needed:** Preventive and corrective maintenance; troubleshooting, diagnostics, and remote support; proprietary software maintenance, firmware updates, and security patches; component repair and replacement; support for payment equipment, ticket printers, power systems, and communications devices; and system configuration and synchronization.
- **Technical access:** BLM says relevant software, firmware, diagnostic tools, payment-processing configurations, and integrated hardware are manufacturer-controlled. Capability statements should explain how the source can access the necessary resources.
- **Competition and notice status:** BLM is inviting capability statements from other potentially capable sources. This is not a request for quotations or proposals, and no award has been announced.
- **Quantities and ordering:** No quantities or part numbers are specified. Purchases are expected as needs arise, with individual purchases at or below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.
