<p>Please provide a quotation for the items listed below. The quote should include the applicable lead time. Please also extend any <strong>available discounts</strong> to offer Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA) your <strong>best possible pricing</strong>.</p>

<p>If applicable, please include the <strong>ECCN</strong> and <strong>HTS code</strong> for each item.</p>

<p><strong>Important Pricing/Shipping Requirements:</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>If items are under 150lbs, they may ship internationally on our FedEx Account; please advise on the weight of the items</li>
	<li>If the above is not possible, pricing must be <strong>all-inclusive</strong>, incorporating freight, tariffs, packing, handling, and any other associated fees for delivery to Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL).</li>
	<li>The resulting purchase order will <strong>not</strong> include separate line items for freight or additional charges; all costs must be included in the item price.</li>

<p>If items are over 150lbs <strong>AND </strong>all-inclusive pricing is not available for foreign products, BNL must be listed as the <strong>Importer of Record</strong>. In such cases, Incoterms shall be <strong>DAP</strong>, and BNL&rsquo;s designated freight forwarder (to be provided) must be utilized.</p>

<p><strong>Quotation Submission</strong>: Quotations will be opened privately. Quotations, including any withdrawals or modifications, received after the specified closing date may be considered late. Late submissions will only be considered if determined to be in BSA&#39;s best interest.</p>

<p>BNL anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price purchase order.</p>
