### Description

The Government of Saskatchewan invites pre-qualified proponents to provide construction administration services for the Highway 3 bridge replacement over the Sturgeon River. The Ministry of Highways plans to replace the existing bridge on Highway No. 3 at C.S. 3-11, km 9.04, west of Prince Albert, with construction planned to begin in summer 2027. The required services include site inspection and construction administration. The agreement is expected to terminate on December 31, 2027.
