SAWPA is seeking a consultant to continue surface-water quality monitoring for the Santa Ana River Basin Monitoring Program.

### Description

The Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority, on behalf of the Basin Monitoring Program Task Force, is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide ongoing surface water quality monitoring services for portions of the Santa Ana River. The selected consultant will implement the established monitoring program for Santa Ana River Reaches 4 and 5 in accordance with applicable Basin Plan requirements, the 2022 monitoring work plan, the existing February 1, 2024 Quality Assurance Project Plan, and approved amendments. Work includes quarterly monitoring at three locations, laboratory analysis and data review, quality assurance, and annual data-package and CEDEN submissions. The anticipated base monitoring years are 2027–2029, with optional years 2030 and 2031.
