### Description

Laboratory Analysis of Water Samples<br/><br/>(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.<br/><br/>(ii) Solicitation number 140RR027Q0021 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).<br/><br/>(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01, as of March 1, 2026.<br/><br/>(iv) This acquisition is open market, with no small business set aside. The NAICS code is 541380 ¿ Testing Laboratories and Services and the size standard is $19 million. <br/><br/>(v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package.  Please provide your rate for each test.<br/><br/>(vi) This requirement is to acquire contractor services to provide laboratory analysis of water samples for the Central California Area Office - New Melones, as identified in this PWS.<br/><br/>(vii) The period of performance is expected to be 5 years, a base year and 4 option years, from Jan 2027 ¿ Jan 2032.<br/><br/>(viii) Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The quote package will consist of the vendor¿s pricing information, capability statement, ELAP Certification, and past performance references. <br/><br/>(ix) Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
