### Description

<p>The Headquarters, United States Army Special Operations Command (HQ USASOC), Contracting Office, on behalf of the Joint Special Operations Medical Training Center (JSOMTC) at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, is conducting market research to identify capable sources, authorized distributors, and small business entities capable of supplying proprietary <strong>American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP)</strong> Pediatric Education for Prehospital Professionals (<strong>PEPP</strong>) 5th Edition training materials.</p>

<p>In accordance with <strong>USSOCOM Manual 350-29</strong>, PEPP certification is a mandatory medical qualification standard for Special Operations Forces (SOF) combat medics. This requirement includes:</p>
