<p>Solicitation&nbsp;N0042127Q1022 is issued as an intent to sole source.&nbsp; The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with <strong><em>Surface Optics Corporation</em></strong> for <em><strong>SOC-410-DHR with Measurement Head, Command Module, Calibration Coupon</strong></em>, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b).&nbsp; &nbsp;</p>
