<p>Please note that all quotes are due no later than 12pm EST on 11/13/2026. Proposals will be deemed &quot;unresponsive&quot; if the following documentation is not submitted:</p>

<p>Offerors must demonstrate technical acceptability by providing a response that addresses the following minimum<br />
technical requirements:<br />
1. Offeror must provide ALL required documents listed in FDIC Provision 7.3.2-09 General Proposal Instructions.<br />
2. Offeror must provide ALL items with matching Part Numbers in Attachment B1 - Price Schedule.<br />
3. Offeror must be an Authorized Reseller/Partner of Dynatrace or be the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).<br />
The CO may contact Dynatrace to confirm the Offeror&#39;s reseller status. (Provide proof of reseller status and/or Letter of Authorized Reseller)</p>

<p>The FDIC will respond to questions or requests for clarification submitted in writing by an offeror, regarding this<br />
solicitation. Questions or requests for clarification must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. on November 9, 2026 to<br />
