### Description

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food is seeking arbitrator services for the Canada-British Columbia Production Insurance Program, following the arbitration process in the policy wordings for Continuous Specified Perils Crop Insurance Contracts. Services will be required as and when needed to support fair and valuable dispute resolution for insured farmers in British Columbia. Any contract drawn down is initially for April 1, 2027 through March 31, 2028, with possible one-year extensions at the Ministry’s discretion through March 31, 2032. The Ministry may issue more than one contract, and work may be performed remotely from the supplier’s preferred location in British Columbia.
