### Description

The solicitation seeks suppliers to perform the duties of Arbitrator for the Canada-British Columbia Production Insurance Program, according to the arbitration process in the applicable policy wordings, as and when required. Contracts issued through a drawdown are scheduled to run from April 1, 2027, through March 31, 2028, with possible one-year extensions at the Ministry’s discretion until March 31, 2032. The Ministry may issue more than one contract. Submissions are due January 5, 2027, at 2:00 PM.
