<p>The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract for TOD/VSU FY26 Wireless Phones &amp; Service Plans</p>

<p>The period of performance for this effort will be a 12-month period. The total estimated value is $140,581.44.</p>

<p>This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 19.808-1 for the aforementioned requirement.&nbsp; This hereby constitutes a synopsis of the options included in this requirement.&nbsp;</p>
