The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in Research Triangle Park (RTP) in Durham, North Carolina intends to award, on a sole source basis, a purchase order to American Chemical Society in accordance with RFO 6.103-1(b) to purchase a subscription to American Chemical Society&rsquo;s CAS SciFinder. This procurement is recommended to be processed without full and open competition.</p>

EPA&rsquo;s Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention Office of Mission Critical Operations requires a subscription to American Chemical Society&rsquo;s CAS SciFinder.</p>
