### Description

This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Solicitation, 36C24627Q0103, will be issued on or about October 28, 2026.  The Department of Veterans Affairs, Richmond VA Medical, Richmond, VA has a requirement for Chemical Waste Disposal.  Contractors shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision.  Period of performance will be for a base and four option year periods.   
   
This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The applicable NAICS Code is 562211 -Hazardous Waste Treatment Disposal with a size standard of $47 Million.
