The contemplated effort requires engineering, modernization, and logistics support for a Tech Refresh effort on the P-8A OFTs at Naval Air Station (NAS) Jacksonville (JAX) (10 OFTs), NAS Whidbey Island (WHI) (7 OFTs) and the System Development and Demonstration (SDD) Lab in St. Louis (1 OFT).
