<p>SUBJECT: DETERMINATION AND FINDINGS CONCERNING THE EXERCISE OF OPTION(PRICING)</p>

<p>AUTHORITY:</p>

<p>In accordance with the requirements of FAR 17.207, findings are made as follows:</p>

<p>FINDINGS:</p>

<p>7. Price Analysis:</p>

This will cause additional money, and time to be expended by individuals involved in the award process and a possible break in the contract. This is an unacceptable risk for the USMS.</p>

<p>DETERMINATION</p>

<p>In consideration of the Government&#39;s need for continuity of services and a favorable informal price analysis, it is determined that the exercise of this option is the most advantageous method of fulfilling the Government&#39;s need. It is further determined that all actions have been completed in accordance with the terms of the contract option extension clause, and the requirements of Section 17.207 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations.</p>
