<p>PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. &nbsp;The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, firm fixed price contract with Control Laser Corp, Address: 8251 Presidents Drive, Suite 1688, Orlando, FL 32809, for the purpose of purchasing the Control Laser Corp FALIT TRIO Laser System. &nbsp;Control Laser Corp is the only vendor capable of fulfilling the requirements of the FBI because they are the manufacturer and the system is sold directly by them.&nbsp;</p>

<p>This notice will be distributed solely through the U.S. General Services Administration&rsquo;s beta.SAM.gov website (www.beta.SAM.gov).&nbsp; Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the beta.SAM.gov website to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.&nbsp; The North American Classification System Code is 333248, All Other Industrial Machinery Manufacturing.</p>

<p>The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(1).&nbsp; Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of:&nbsp;Allison E.
