The Correctional Service of Canada’s CORCAN Ontario Region is seeking monthly rental of up to 50 53-foot highway trailers on an as-requested basis for its National Warehouse Distribution Centre and five institutions in Ontario. The supplier must deliver trailers within two business days of each call-up, provide licensing and permits, maintain and repair the trailers, and supply a same-type replacement within two business days if repairs keep a trailer out of service for more than 24 hours. Rental includes unlimited kilometres, annual safety inspections and inspection documentation; the trailers are primarily for dry storage. The standing offer runs from award through January 31, 2028, with options for two additional one-year periods.
