The Department of the Air Force is seeking OEM-authorized maintenance for its AMT PostPro SF100 chemical vapor smoothing system at Tinker Air Force Base.

- **Requested services:** One AMT HyperCare Maintenance Plan for the PostPro SF100, providing preventive and corrective maintenance, help desk access, unlimited machine-error service visits, replacement parts for machine failures, ancillary-system coverage, one annual on-site preventive maintenance visit, and annual carbon filter replacement.
- **One-time work:** PM reinstatement for an out-of-warranty SF100 unit, including the parts and labor needed to make it eligible for HyperCare coverage; the requirement includes a PM Reinstatement Kit.
- **Key requirements:** Service must be performed by AMT-certified technicians, and parts and work must meet AMT specifications. Support is restricted to AMT-certified technicians and authorized resellers.
- **Period of performance:** One-year base period with two one-year option periods. The one-time PM reinstatement is required during the base period.

### Description

<p>The 76th CMXG Maintenance Group is looking for an&nbsp;AMT Equipment Maintenance and shall meet the specifications refereced below and in the attachment.</p>

1. Period of Performance:<br />
The Contractor shall provide a Base Year and 2 Option Years</p>

2. AMT HyperCare Maintenance Agreement<br />
(Applicable to: SF100, S/N: 4149003000751):</p>

<p><br />
This plan shall include, at a minimum:<br />
a) Support Help Desk Access: Direct access to AMT&#39;s expert support team for troubleshooting.<br />
b) Unlimited Service Visits: Covers all service visits due to machine errors (operator errors are excluded).<br />
c) Unlimited Parts Replacement: Covers replacements for parts that fail due to machine error.<br />
d) Ancillary Coverage: Coverage extends to included ancillary systems.<br />
e) Yearly Preventative Maintenance (PM): Schedule and perform one (1) comprehensive on-site PM inspection and optimization visit per contract year.<br />
1) Annual Carbon Filter Replacement: Supply and install replacement carbon filters during the scheduled annual PM visit to maintain safety and efficiency<br />
2) The Contractor shall provide a copy of the annual preventative maintenance (PM) schedule to the Government Point of Contact (GPOC) within ten (10) business days after contract award.<br />
3) The Contractor shall notify the GPOC at least seven (7) business days prior to the actual scheduled PM visit to coordinate on-site arrival and base access.<br />
f)The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all services, replacement parts, and OEM components provided under this contract conform to the manufacturer&#39;s equipment specifications and are in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions outlined in this SOW.<br />
g) The Contractor must meet all requirements outlined IAW this SOW.<br />
h) The Contractor shall make all necessary adjustments to the work performed under the AMT Equipment Maintenance Service Agreement until the item/s are fully operational IAW the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications and to what is stated in this SOW.</p>

3. One-Time PM Reinstatement Kit (Base Year Only)<br />
SF100, S/N: 414900300075 is currently out of warranty, Contractor shall provide all parts and labor required to allow equipment to be put on Hypercare Maintenance Agreement.</p>
