San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is soliciting bids for an annual contract to supply water meter valve locks used to shut off and secure water service. The lock system must attach securely to water meter valves, prevent unauthorized operation, tampering, removal, or restoration of service, and include all installation and removal components, including a proprietary key tool.
